Education
In addition to my real estate license, I have a B.A. degree in Communication Management. Communication Management is a research based degree. By virtue of that, you can be assured that all information presented to you will be the result of diligently researching available data so that you will be able to make informed decisions. In addition, this data will also help you to fully understand the reasoning behind any advice I provide. I believe that everyone’s opinion is valuable, but opinions can be far more valuable if supported by facts.
Knowledge
I’m not a fast talker but I do pride myself on being able to articulate the answers to your questions so that you can feel confident that you fully understand the process every step of the way. If I don’t have an answer, I won’t make one up. But I will find the answer and get back with you ASAP.
Accessibility
I am very accessible. I do believe in answering and returning phone calls. I love using e-mail and text messaging because it provides us both with a record of our exchange. That way, there is never any question or misunderstanding between us about what’s been said, promised or otherwise. If you have to leave a voice message for me, you can be assured that I will return your call within the hour (within 5 minutes is really more like it). In any case, if you don’t get a call back the same day, you might want to start checking the hospitals. That’s an exaggeration, but my point is that I am very accessible.
Integrity
The following could go without being said, but I'm going to say it anyway. Real estate is how I make my living. It’s how I keep a roof over my head and food on my table. However, you can trust that the real estate transaction will never, ever be about me. You will never have to worry about or guess whether or not I am acting in your best interest. My integrity and committment to you will never be in question.
Reasonable Expectation
As sellers, you are not my personal property. My primary objective is to assist you in selling your home and I’d like to be given a reasonable opportunity to do that. In today’s real estate environment, homes stay on the market for 6 months or greater. Therefore at mimimum, I consider 6 months a reasonable opportunity prior to re-evaluating options. Again, because I will never make the real estate transaction about me, I will not in any way be or feel insulted if after being given a reasonable opportunity, you decide to give another real estate professional a try. However, if you feel that I am putting forth the best possible effort, I would consider it an honor if you would extend your listing with me.
Technology
Technology is my friend. Although I may not look like it, I am a bit of a technology geek. As such, I use every available technological resource at my disposal to bring exposure to your property including but not limited to: internet advertising, digital photography, blogging, text messaging, text message advertising, social networking and more.
